Chris is Chief Revenue Officer at Act-On, and is responsible for all revenue, direct and indirect go-to-market resources, and sales strategy for the company. Chris brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading high performance sales teams in the enterprise SaaS industry. Chris is an accomplished leader with a strong track record of building and scaling large global sales teams to drive rapid revenue growth while improving operational efficiencies for both high growth startups and publicly traded companies.
Before joining Act-On, Chris ran sales for Marketing technology disruptors, Signpost and Smartling, where he delivered significant growth by designing and executing go-to-market strategies across direct and indirect channel resources. Chris was also SVP of Global Sales at Jive Software where he helped grow revenues from $20m to $200m and guide the company successfully through an IPO. He also held leadership roles at HP Software/Mercury, EMC and CA. Chris holds a BS in Marketing and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
