Offering construction companies and contractors across a range of industries web-based packages to help streamline their operations, Jonas had built up a vast repository of content over the years, tailored to key verticals and audiences. But Jonas’s marketing team often struggled to deliver this content to the right prospects at the right times. With only a team of four to manage the company’s many prospects, active leads, and existing accounts, Jonas knew it needed a marketing automation solution that could nurture buyers with targeted offers and content, while ensuring the company remained consistent and relevant across an extended sales cycle — often nine to twelve months a time, even years in some cases.

Since adopting Act-On, Jonas has seen a 30 percent increase in leads, a 35 percent open email rate, and a 75 percent increase in organic opportunities. The company has also been able re-engage 20% of leads that had gone cold. This, in turn, has helped to reduce the company’s hiring and operational costs, enabling them to essentially to do more on a lean budget and with a leaner team.
