Act-On Customers Most Satisfied With Their Marketing Automation Investment

The report drew on survey data crowd-sourced from actual current (and previous) end-users. According to the survey data collected in the Gleansight benchmark report, 97 percent of marketers said increase in revenue was the most compelling reason they implemented marketing automation, and 69 percent said measuring marketing ROI, while 67 percent said more insight into marketing and sales activities.
