CoreElement Redefines Business With Act-On Marketing Automation

Expands Digital Agency Services — Goes From Local to International Marketing Firm

CoreElement was introduced to marketing automation two years ago at an executive summit. The company’s business challenge at the time was that it was operating solely as a local marketing firm, and knew that it would have to expand its reach nationally and internationally to stay afloat, since business in the local Cleveland, OH area had slowed from the economic downturn. With over 400 respondents, CoreElement was able to easily pull the data and results compiled through the system.

Among the lessons learned from the survey:

  • More than 60 percent are unhappy with their lead conversion rates, but remain unaware of marketing automation.
  • Even though two-thirds of respondents use their website to generate leads and sales, only 12 percent said they got a high volume of qualified leads through the web.
  • Two-thirds of companies don’t track social media effectiveness, and those that do track social media don’t always understand the results.
