Adaptive’s Sales Cycle Accelerates, Showing ROI Within First Month of Act-On Deployment

Implementation, a process that any software administrator knows can be lengthy and frustrating, was neither. Nate did it himself, without assistance from IT.

Before implementing Act-On, it took Adaptive Computing up to three weeks for the sales team to follow up with the prospects who registered on the website and downloaded the free Open Source scheduler. Now that the registration data is automatically entered into Act-On and synchronized with Salesforce, the sales team can make that contact within 24 hours. The fast response time has better positioned the team to reach out to the prospect at the right time, enhancing the opportunity to convert the customer from the free Open Source scheduler to the Adaptive Computing HPC optimizer. The typical sales cycle is six to nine months, but within the first month of deploying Act-On, Adaptive Computing already saw that the marketing automation suite was having a positive impact on their sales cycle.
