During the third quarter, Act-On’s revenues were over 289 percent of revenues during the same period last year, making it the 11th consecutive quarter of sequential growth. Act-On’s growth is substantial, having increased its employee base by over 188 percent over the same period last year and having added 280 new customers in Q3 alone. In September, Act-On raised $16M in Series D funding to fuel its rapid penetration in the market.

Act-On acquired 280 new customers in Q3 2012, bringing the total number of customers to over 1,100. Act-On’s customers represent a variety of vertical segments beyond the traditional early adopters in high technology and include manufacturing, healthcare and business services.
In August, Act-On launched the Act-On Partner Exchange (APEX) program to enable technology, agency and referral partners access to the Act-On ecosystem.
