As CTO, Sims will have direct responsibility for furthering Act-On’s strategic innovation.

Phil Sims joins Act-On bringing with him over 25 years of enterprise-class technology leadership experience. He has held key positions developing platforms for several high profile marketing services firms including Clear Channel Communications, The Cobalt Group, Constant Contact and, most recently, while serving as the CTO for HelloWorld, a digital agency serving many of the world’s best brands including Coca-Cola, Samsung and Microsoft. Prior to that, Phil was a founder and the CEO for a digital agency, Antropica, based in Austin, Texas.
