Records Triple Digit Revenue and Customer Growth

For 2013, Act-On’s revenue was 215 percent of revenue in 2012. The company continues to add new customers at a rapid pace, and ended 2013 with well over 2,000 customers. Act-On doubled its employee count and opened three new office locations in 2013 to fuel its hyper-growth.

Product Innovation and Platform Expansion
Act-On introduced several new products during the year including Act-On Inbound to help customers effectively do inbound marketing such as search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising and Act-On Mobile, a smart phone app, to empower marketers with real-time campaign performance on-the-go. Act-On also introduced Act-On for Agencies, designed specifically for agency partners, enabling them to better manage and provision multiple client accounts and better collaborate with their clients on marketing campaigns.
The Act-On platform now tracks well over a billion marketing touch points per month on behalf of its customers. To better serve the business demands of its growing customer base, Act-On opened access to its APIs (application programming interface) to enable customers and third-party developers to build applications that extend the platform and leverage Act-On data and customer insights.
Act-On opened three new office locations in 2013: Scottsdale, AZ, Spokane, WA, and Reading, United Kingdom.
