Kevin Williams is Act-On’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Kevin leverages over 15 years of experience in consulting, professional services, and support to passionately ensure customers achieve their objectives, and receive value from their investments.
Williams joins Act-On from Aurea where he was VP of Customer Success and prior he was VP of Global Customer Support at Jive Software, where he built the organization from the ground up and thrice won the Association of Support Professionals “Top 10 Best Support Websites” award.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys keeping up with his family of five. He coaches his son’s football team, and is actively involved in cub scouts.
