Deliverability and Availability

The Act-On deliverability team works hard to maintain high sender reputation on our email IP ranges to maximize the effectiveness of your inbox delivery. There are many factors that affect sender reputation including but not limited to, IP addresses.

The Return Path Sender Score is one method used to determine IP reputation and has an effect on inbox placement. The Sender Scores reported here represent the average of the Sender Scores for the IP addresses in the range used by Act-On to deliver your campaigns.

SenderBase is also an email rating published by the Cisco IronPort SenderBase Security Network and assigns one of three reputation ratings to a sender's IP:

  • Good: Little or no threat activity has been observed from your IP address or domain. Your email or web traffic is not likely to be filtered or blocked.
  • Neutral: Your IP address or domain is within acceptable parameters. However, your email or web traffic may still be filtered or blocked.
  • Poor: A problematic level of threat activity has been observed from your IP address or domain. Your email or web traffic is likely to be filtered or blocked.
